| Yusuf Ezzy, Founder: |
| In 2000, Yusuf Ezzy co-founded TechtownONLINE to serve the web development needs of corporate and e-commerce clients. Under Yusuf’s leadership, TechtownONLINE transformed into Vybrant Technology Solutions, shifting the company’s focus towards offering a more complete range of IT services and solutions. In his current capacity at Vybrant, Yusuf sets the strategic direction for the company. Prior to Vybrant's, Yusuf worked at leading e-services consulting company Sapient Corporation. Here, he helped design and implement complex e-business solutions for Fortune 500 companies such as Toyota Motor Sales, Hallmark Cards, Hewlett Packard, and Agilent Technologies. He was honored with the Client Focused Delivery Award in 1999 by Sapient and the Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 1997 by the HLB Business Society in India. Yusuf holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley and has studied Management Information Systems at San Jose State University. |

| Abbas Kapadia, Head of India Operations |
| Abbas is the operations guru at Vybrant's development center. In his capacity, Abbas is directly responsible for quality and consistency across Vybrant engagements, helping to standardize project delivery. Abbas manages Vybrantdevelopment teams, providing a seamless flow of information to the respective project manager. He comes to Vybrant with several years of managerial experience with Godrej. Abbas holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Bombay University. |

| Ali Zakir, Senior Project Manager: |
| Ali is a senior project manager for Vybrant. In his capacity, Ali acts as a key interface with various clients throughout their engagements with us. Ali is highly skilled in customer relationship management and project management best practices. Ali works closely with Vybrant's internal development team to refine proprietary project management software and reporting processes. Prior toVybrant, Ali has worked for various Indian software companies as a technical and project lead. He is also a Sun Certified Java Programmer and is currently pursuing PMI certification. Ali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Wilson’s College. |

| Raj Munaim, Advisor: |
| Raj Munaim has over twenty years of experience in the Information Technology industry. Currently he is a Senior Manager at Cisco Systems. Prior to Cisco, Raj has held multiple senior management positions where he has been instrumental in generating more than $30 million in revenues for various high-tech companies through licenses and product enhancments. He has been a part of several large and fast growing companies including Unisys, Sybase, Syntel and Miller Freeman. He was credited with starting the first successful branch office for Syntel in the Bay Area. Raj developed and managed the software services business in the west coast starting with zero and achieving $10 million dollars in annual revenue with over 100 employees. Raj holds a BS (Honors) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences, Pilani in India. BITS is a premium private institute promoted by the largest industrial group in India and having ties to MIT and the Ford Foundation. |
