| How do I learn about and apply to current openings? |
| Vybrant is looking for leaders who are passionate about helping our clients use technology to solve real-world business problems with the best possible impact to our environment. Technical gurus with no interest in business or business folks with no interest in technology need not apply. At Vybrant, we love both and look for others who share this passion. Vybrant is young and growing so we’re looking for the brightest people who can help us shape our future. We’re looking for self-motivated leaders who share our vision to preserve the environment through technology and can motivate others. If you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with limited structure and are oozing of ambition then we’d like to hear from you. |

| If Vybrant does not have my ideal role available, can I still submit my resume? |
Absolutely. Our current openings often change due to changing market conditions. Though we may not need a specific role right away, we would hate to lose the opportunity to meet a great candidate. Does Vybrant hire programmers for locations other than their offshore development center? |
Vybran's key competitive advantage is our ability to provide cost-effective solutions by using our offshore development center. Consequently, we do not hire developers for implementation outside of the development center. We do have requirements for a light technical support staff in various locations at given times, but never full time development work |

| Does Vybrant sponsor H1-B visas? |
Unfortunately, Vybrant does not sponsor H1-B visas at this time. |

| Does Vybrant hire students that are recent college graduates? |
Vybrant typically hires people with 2-3 years of prior industry experience. Since Vybrant is physically very decentralized and requires a good deal of entrepreneurialism, we have found it very difficult for individuals with no prior experience to adapt. |
