At Vybrant, we realize and respect the fact that no two projects are exactly alike. Several variables are carefully weighed in order to determine the best course of action for each individual project. But one thing that is consistently at the core of every project is a focus and commitment to customer satisfaction. We strive to ensure that every Vybrant engagement is managed with the same standard of quality and importance to obtain a consistent experience with our organization across the board. This level of quality and consistency can only be achieved by employing a proven and effective methodology.
Vybrant's proprietary project methodology is known as EVO5™. This is a highly sophisticated delivery model that has evolved from our vast experience in project management and delivery. EVO5™ gets its name from the five distinct phases a project at Vybrant goes through. Each phase is carefully managed by means of a baseline system against which all processes, documents and standards are compared for quality assurance. |
| Vybrant’s EVO5™ phases are the following: |
| Exploration: |
| During the Exploration phase, the objectives, constraints and scope of the development project are identified. Vybrant works with the client to determine feasibility, and the cost-benefit analysis of the project. After internalizing the client drivers, the team works to achieve consensus on and articulate the project vision, strategy and process. |

| Analysis: |
| The Analysis phase has two goals. The first goal is to analyze the organizational context and requirements. Existing systems are analyzed on the logical and physical dimension. The second goal is to determine the functionality of the new system in context to the organization. The new system is studied for interfaces it must have with other systems. The requirements are documented and shared with the client to gain approval for design. |

| Design: |
| During the Design phase, a comprehensive set of blueprints for the new system is created. The Vybrant team works with the client to define and document all functional, interface, and performance requirements. The development and production environment are defined and the technical solution for the project is specified. An implementation plan for building and testing the system are determined. |

| Implementation: |
| The goal of the Implement phase is to construct, test and deploy the new system. During this stage, the software component is coded using a methodical process. All code is rigorously tested for quality compliance and requirements fulfillment. After client signoff, the system is installed on to the production environment. |

| Support: |
| The system is monitored and analyzed in the production environment for success. User training on the system is conducted and all project documentation is completed and delivered. From this point, future strategies are defined and support contracts are initialized with a decided upon level of service. |
