So what’s it like working at Vybrant? Well, no two days are the same. That’s what makes it so exciting and challenging. Vybrant follows a virtual organizational model. A virtual organizational model such as ours focuses on minimizing overhead costs, our carbon footprint and large amounts of bureaucracy in order to remain lean and agile. This agility enables us to react quicker to changing market conditions allowing us to take advantage of opportunities as they arise. Our goal in keeping overhead costs to a minimum is to keep down the costs associated with lavish offices which our clients would end up having to pay for. Instead, Vybrant offers a fresher, more economical high quality solution, which is exactly what our customers want. By keeping physical assets such as office spaces to a minimum, Vybrant is able to remain much more fluid and dynamic in our reach as a company and the markets we serve. In fact, Vybrant's only true conventional office space is our development center. All sales, marketing and administrative business functions are either outsourced or managed from various locations. Vybrant is a firm believer in using the power of the Internet to leverage our decentralized approach to business and as such, it remains a vital part of our infrastructure.

Vybrant employees are not bound to any physical location and may work from wherever they choose within a given region. As the need arises, specific team members may be asked to visit client sites around the world. An unstructured environment such as this is not for everyone. Each Vybrant team member is expected to perform according to set standards. How they  reach those standards is up to them. By imparting this level of responsibility and trust, Vybrant is able to grow strong leaders with sharp minds and entrepreneurial spirit.

New Vybrant team members are hired to serve their local communities. In this way, we can be more certain that Vybrant will better understand the specific market conditions and will offer a level of customer service that is custom tailored for each locality. All new team members undergo three weeks of training on how to become effective Vybrant employees. They are trained in Vybrant's internal project management tools, client relationship management and technology leadership. At specified times of the year, all Vybrant employees are brought together in a single location  to integrate with other team members from around the world and learn about Vybrant's performance as a whole and our goals for the coming term. Company direction is set and new relationships are forged.
